Every delegate will receive the list of delegates via our networking platform.
The delegates' list will also be available through our website a few days to the conference through a download link.
Finally, our application will allow delegates to connect to each other and transmit mutual contact details.
The speakers' slides and other supports will be shared with the audience through an email right after the conference.
After having received the approval from each speaker for IP and confidentiality reasons, we will be allowed to transmit this material via a personalised link.
In case a speaker agrees to share his material upfront, he will have the possibility to upload his content on our website or application.
Since the first edition of the IP Summit in 2004, our IP and Competition summits provide opportunities for networking on welcome, gala and cocktail receptions, as well as through lunch and coffee breaks. In 2016, we extended the networking possibilities via an online platform for our delegates to exchange their contact details by browsing through the list of other participants and making their choice of networked peers.
The selected people will receive an invitation to share their contact details which they can either accept or decline. Every invitation can be customised with a personal message.

Once your registration is complete, the online interface grants you access to the whole list of participants and allows you to search for any name of person or company related to your interests.
A coloured mark next to a person’s name indicates the status: if you have already invited her and if she has returned a positive or negative answer. The meaning of each colour is detailed on the interface itself.
As soon as you select someone’s name, you can extend an invitation to share both contact details, along with a personalised message. If this invitation is accepted, you will receive the contact details of your invitee by e-mail and vice versa. Please note that you can only contact up to 5 people during a given period of time.
For our 12th edition, we have decided to set up an application which allows the audience to make the most of their networking opportunities at the conference.
This is a very intuitive application where you can create an account, share your contact details with other delegates and post your experience online.
You can comment in real time, exchange with other IP professionals, discover our partners' profile and send pictures on social media e.g.
